Practice based clinics
We provide a practice phlebotomy service.:
If you are required to have your bloods taken we will contact you by phone/text. We will print you a blood form out and leave this with the phlebotomist you will see.
If you are unable to attend your appointment or if you have any queries then please contact us.

There are various blood clinics provided by NHS Mersey Care across Knowsley. You may be asked to book an appointment with this provider and you can do this through the following options:
