Invitation to all Centre 63 Employees – Wednesday, 4th September
We are pleased to inform you that Primary Care Knowsley, in partnership with the ‘Working Well’ initiative (Knowsley Chamber), will be visiting you on Wednesday, 4th September 2024 to offer blood pressure checks to all Knowsley Council employees. The checks will be delivered by two of their clinicians between 8 AM and 1 PM at your Old Hall Lane location in Kirkby.
Understanding and monitoring your blood pressure is crucial for maintaining good health. High blood pressure often has no symptoms, but it can lead to serious health issues if left unchecked. This is a great opportunity to ‘Keep to the Beat’ and take proactive steps in managing your health.
The process is quick and painless. Blood pressure is measured using a cuff that is placed around your upper arm. The cuff inflates to gently compress the arteries, and the clinician will then take a reading to determine your blood pressure. The entire procedure takes just a few minutes and provides important information about your cardiovascular health.
If you would like to participate in this health initiative, please complete the attached form at your earliest convenience.
We strongly encourage all employees to take advantage of this service and look forward to seeing you there.
